Just another yummy quinoa recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups of Quinoa
  • 1 medium cucumber, chopped
  • 1 can of water chestnuts, chopped
  • 15 ounce can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/3 cup raw sliced almonds
  • 1/8 cup raw sesame seeds
  • ½ bag of shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Dressing:

  • *you can either blend the ingredients together or whisk really well. Whichever you prefer.
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4-5 ounces of soy sauce
  • 2 ounces of red wine vinegar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons of stevia
  • 4-6 drops of sesame oil
  • 1 ounce of water

*Adjust measurements according to your preference
