  • 1 package of Sprouted whole grain fettuccine(Food For Life brand)
  • Broccoli
  • Chick peas
  • Sun dried tomatoes
  • Sautéed yellow onion.


Season with a little olive oil, fresh lemon juice, sea salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and your favorite seasoning blend.
