We love pizza. We always have and always will. This past weekend, we were having a big craving for pizza so we decided to make a homemade one, just healthier. Healthy pizza? Don’t get turned off, we promise it is worth it! We originally planned to make a homemade crust, but instead, found a great brand of pizza crust mix that only called for a little water and oil. Easy enough for us. We made a veggie pizza and topped it with Daiya cheese (dairy free). We enjoyed every last bite! Below is our recipe, including sauce and toppings, but the variations to this pizza are endless. Use our recipe as a guide, but put your own spin on it.
- Namaste Pizza Crust Mix (Gluten free but any crust will work)
- Tomato Sauce (we used Sal and Judy’s Italian Sauce)
- Daiya cheese
- Green bellpepper, sliced
- Onion, sliced
- Sundried Tomatoes
- Broccoli, chopped
Follow directions on the back of the Pizza Crust Mix bag. So simple!
Hope you all enjoy!
